What this page covers
This page explains what this practice collects when you visit this website or send a message, and how it keeps that private.
What I collect
If you use the contact form, I receive the name, email address, phone number, contact preferences and message you send. Please do not put medical details in the message. I collect only what you send.
How I use it
I use your message to reply to you and to arrange an interview. I do not sell your information.
Records and confidentiality
I keep your records private and share them only as the law allows. What you tell me and what testing shows is confidential, with limits the law sets, such as a risk of serious harm to you or someone else, or a report the law requires. I explain these limits at the interview. A copy of your report goes to someone else only when you name them in writing.
Reaching you safely
If you share a device or a phone with someone, a message from me may be seen by them. Tell me how it is safe to reach you.
Your choices
You can ask what I hold about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete messages that are not part of your record, by writing to the email address on the contact page.
Changes
If this page changes, the new version replaces this one here.
